This is an exceptional documentary and another testiment to why our impotent and incompetent Bush House'death squad'of Corporate war-mongers-cum-politicians(my a**e) should be in front of The Hague for war crimes.ASAP!
It was difficult to watch,and I only hope that Yunis,Khalid and Abbas and all their fellow innocent Iraqi detainees,held at Abu Ghraib can forgive us for their terrible treatment at the behest of our leaders.
A very well produced documentary,though painful:
Listening to the statements of Yunis.
Watching the video parts of the disrespectful way that Iraqi families were treated.
Seeing copies/excerpts of classified documents with a mixture of cold-hearted,or ignorant,or desperate statements of sympathy made by American military personnel(some named) at Abu Ghraib-
All very disturbing and emotional and,alas,so distant from Democracy and Freedom,the root 'dream' of America.
My opinion of Bush and Cheney(and their cronies) remains stoic.
